Stretch goals
Our stretch goals are:
- Wooden pin (unlocks at 50 orders)
- Wooden charm (unlocks at 100 orders)
- Stamp washi tape (unlocks at 150 orders)
All of our physical bundles are eligible for stretch goals! In other words, everything EXCEPT Harv's Snapshots Album (the digital zine) will be eligible for stretch goals.
Any and all unlocked stretch goals will be added and shipped with your order for free.
Shipping policy
All orders will be shipped out from the United States. We expect to ship out our orders somewhere between May - June 2022, depending on how long it takes for our suppliers to produce and ship the items to us.
TRACKING
All orders will be come with tracking. When your package is shipped, a tracking number will be provided to you.
For both US and international buyers, you can track your pacakge by typing your tracking number into the USPS tracking portal, or UPS tracking portal.
For international buyers, note that it might take longer for USPS or UPS portals to provide you with updates depending on the country you live in, but they remain the best sources of information.
EU CUSTOMERS
We provide shipping to the EU, but please note that VAT is NOT prepaid at the time of purchase. As such, you will have to pay VAT when the package arrives at the customs office.
UK CUSTOMERS
Our physical bundles will not be available to buyers from the UK. UK buyers are welcome to place an order with us for our digital zine (Harv's Snapshots Album) but in light of the uncertainty of the new VAT laws, the physical bundles will not be available to UK buyers.
MODIFYING/CANCELLATION OF ORDERS
If you would like to cancel your order or switch to a different bundle, please do so before pre-orders end, and contact us at [email protected] with:
- your name that was placed with the order;
- the order number; and
- whether you wish to modify or cancel your order.
Do note that modifications and cancellations will not be possible after pre-orders end on 15 January 2022.
UPDATING YOUR INFORMATION
If you made an error when submitting your purchase (eg. entered the wrong address) or there has been a change to your information (eg. change in address), please email us at [email protected] with:
- your name that was placed with the order;
- the order number;
- the error made and what the correct information should be.
Please note that if your order is unable to be delivered because, eg. you had changed your address but failed to update us about it, we will not be liable for your undelivered/misdelivered package. A refund will also not be possible.
DISCLAIMER
The zine mods will not be responsible for:
- packages damaged during transit;
- packages not delivered due to the buyer inputting the incorrect address / failing to inform us about a change in address; or
- packages lost or stolen during transit after tracking information has been issued.
Buyers can coordinate with the shipping company / post office directly regarding any lost or damaged packages.
COVID-19 — POTENTIAL DELAYS
Please note that due to the COVID-19 situation, there may be delays in shipping, depending on the situation in each country. We claim no responsibility if the delivery of your package is delayed.
